Motorized container terminal crane in HO scale. This is currently only an idea.

The project will be to create a container crane with at least 3 degrees of movement: roll the whole crane, move the carriage, raise and lower the container attachment, and maybe container rotation, and some attachment mechanism to be remotely controlled by a operator. The remote is a Wii Nunchuck-compatible device with 1 joystick and 2 buttons, connected to Arduino.
